According to the Middlesboro Police Department, a woman driving a white Dodge Durango was heading north bound on Hwy. 25-E. In an attempt to beat the red light, she collided with a man driving a white Lexus headed to Holiday Inn. It was reported that the man had the right-of-way upon collision.
Both cars took considerable damage as result to the accident. No injuries were reported at the time of the accident.
Officer Josh Burchett of the Middlesboro Police Department was the officer in charge of investigating this accident.
