INGRAM — Donald (Tee) Dozier Jr., 43, passed away Monday, January 19, 2009 at his home.
Born October 30, 1965, in Maryland, he was the son of the late Donald Dozier Sr. and Frances Inman Dozier who survives. He was a coal miner.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Michael Dozier; father-in-law, J. B. Partin.
He is survived by the following members of his family: wife, Bonnie Jo Partin Dozier; mother, Frances Dozier; brothers, Rodney (Renee) Dozier, and Russell (Karen) Dozier; sister, Perna (James) Warren; children, Shayla and Jacob Jackson; grandchild, D. J. Taylor; mother-in-law, Margie Partin; special sister-in-law, Maryetta Partin Dozier; special brother, Justin Dozier; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, January 23, 2009, at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, with the Rev. Ronnie Rose, the Rev. Gary Wagner, and Dr. Steven K. Morgan officiating. Music will be provided by Green Camp Pentecostal Church and Bill Rhodes.
Interment will be in the Dozier Family Cemetery at Ingram. Pallbearers will be Gary Fuson, Ewell Jordan, Kelly Fuson, Brandon Fuson, Eric Gibson, Jusin Dozier, Adam (Tish Boy) Bishop, and Steve Centers. Honorary pallbearer will be Frank Gibson.
Visitation is from 5-9 p.m Thursday at the Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
