MIDDLESBORO - April Dawn Jones Quillen, 41 of Middlesboro, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.
She was born September 8, 1970, in Tecumseh, Mich., the daughter of the Rev. Ronald Jones, and Reba Word Jones. She was a 1988 graduate of Thomas Walker High School.
She is preceded in death by two brothers, Mark Eric Jones and Clinton Douglas Jones; and paternal grandparents, Herman and Pansy Jones.
She is survived by husband, Kenny (Quack) Quillen of Middlesboro; one son, Jon Conner Quillen of Middlesboro; parents, Rev. Ronald and Reba Jones of Albany, Ky.; mother and father-in-law, Conley Quillen and Zelma Quillen of Middlesboro; grandparents, Rev. Albert and Nora Liford of Ewing, Va.; two sisters, Amy (Jason) Marcum of Monticello, Ky., and Angie (Chuck) McFall of Albany, Ky.; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Terry and Debby Quillen; nieces, Kelsay and Abbey Marcum, Gracie and Madelynn McFall, Samantha and Haley Quillen; nephews, Tanner McFall, Ryan Marcum, Jacob Quillen.
Memorial services will be held Friday, April 27, at the Creech Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m.
Visitation will be Friday, April 27, from 1-2 p.m. at the Creech Funeral Home.
At April’s request she was cremated by the Creech Funeral Home of Middlesboro.
