Collier Elkins of the Middlesboro 9- and 10-year-old All-Stars slaps a base hit to the right side during action in the Area 3 Tournament in Williamsburg. The Middlesboro 9-10s were eliminated from tournament play late Monday as they dropped an 11-8 decision to the hosts in a back-and-forth affair that was delayed a couple of times due to rain and lightning. Williamsburg advances along with Knox County to the District 4 Tournament starting this weekend in Manchester.
