Thursday’s storms pushed back the start of the 11-year-olds’ District 4 Tournament in Middlesboro. North Laurel and Hazard were hoping to get their game started by 8 p.m. with Pulaski County and Harlan County set to play in the night cap. As of press time Middlesboro’s 11s were still scheduled to take on the North Laurel-Hazard winner at 8 p.m. Friday.
