Edwina Joyce Douglas, 78 of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at her home.
Born Aug. 29, 1933, in Middlesboro, she was the daughter of the late Howard Duncan and Nadene Rosenbalm Duncan.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert K. Douglas; and brother, Doug Duncan.
Survivors Include her sons, Sam (Linda) Douglas of Brookville, Ohio, and John (Ann) Douglas of Cumberland Gap, Tenn.; daughter, Cynthia (Howard) Scharf of Knoxville, Tenn.; sister, Pat Good of Arthur, Tenn.; sister-in-law, Lola (Jupp) Davis of Las Vegas, N,V.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and special caregiver, Lola Davis for all of her love and care.
Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Kiebert Cemetery with the Rev. Stephen Earle presiding.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the Creech Funeral Home. A masonic service will be held during visitation for Mrs. Douglas’ deceased husband Robert K. Douglas conducted by Masonic Lodge #182 of Wayne, Mich.
