Mr. and Mrs. Barry Boggess of Nicholasville, and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jenkins of Pineville, wish to announce the forthcoming marriage of their children, Kathryn Marshall Boggess and Benjamin Edward Jenkins.
The outdoor ceremony will take place at the Hickman Creek Nature Center in Nicholasville on Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
The bride elect is a graduate of The Kentucky School for Bluegrass and Traditional Music, in Hyden, and Middle Tennessee State University, where she received a degree in audio engineering. She is currently employed by Church Solutions Group in Algonquin, Ill.
The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Union College in Barbourville, where he received a bachelor’s degree in parks and recreation management. He is currently working with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
After a honeymoon trip to Ocracoke Island, N.C., the couple plans to reside in Algonquin, Ill.
