Raymond Coy Gibbons, age 50 of Pineville, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012.

He was born on Feb. 23, 1962, at Cubbage, and was the son of the late Coy and Lola Faye Wilder Gibbons. He was a 1980 graduate of Bell County High school and was employed by All American Security.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bert Gibbons; maternal grandmother, Laura Wilder; cousins Lonnie Gibbons and Robin Gibbons; brother- in-law, Mike Hensley; step-father-in-law, Floyd Cupp; and step-father, Paul Wilder.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Lisa Gibbons; one sister, Teresa (P.C.) Green; and one brother Ray (Jennifer) Wilder; mother-in-law, Loretta “Tootsie” Cupp; brothers and sisters-in-law include Charles (Pam) Hensley, Charlene (James) Knuckles, Shannon (Anthony) Scott, Floyd Jr (Tonia) Cupp and Dannie (Jessica) Cupp; nieces and nephews include Leslie (Jared) Johnston, Misty (Andrew) Krell , Kevin Hensley, Micheal Cupp, Shelby Wilder, Mitchell Cupp, Megan Scott and Brooke Scott; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, at Creech Funeral Home with Hershel Wilder officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. prior to the service.
