Susan Frost Rogers, age 62 of Kettle Island, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at the Pineville Community Hospital.

She was born in Pineville on Aug. 22, 1950, and was the daughter of Steve J. Frost and the late, Olive Boyd Frost. Susan was a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church and had been a homemaker.

In addition to her mother, Olive Frost, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Frost.

In addition to her father, Steve Frost, survivors include her children, Stephen Rogers and wife Angela of Morganton, N.C., Jennifer Kay Morris of Kettle Island and James Rogers of Kettle Island; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister, Jennifer Bates; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relative and many friends.

Memorial services will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Sowders and Ted Wilder presiding. Music will be by Mickey Wilder.

Inurnment will follow in the Frost Family Cemetery at Kettle Island.

The family will receive friends just before the services at the church.
