Anthony James “Tony” Messisco, age 53, from Harrogate, Tenn., passed away Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012.

He was born on Aug. 27, 1959, in Highland Park, Mich., to James Michael Messisco and Elizabeth Gail Fauer.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Fauer.

Tony is survived by his wife, Debbie Messisco; his father, James (Darlene) Messisco; two daughters, Nicole Goins (Barry), and Ashley Kendrick (Rodney); two stepsons, Joe Hill and Blaine Hill; grandchildren, Angel Munsey, Brooke Goins, Dominic Kendrick and Brennon Hill; brothers, Michael Messisco, James Ebershol and James Cheek; sister, Faith Cheek; step-brothers, Steven Basham and Scott Basham; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friend, April Parker.

Honorary pallbearers are Michael Messisco, Eddie Jones, Barry Goins, Rodney Kendrick, Joe Hill and Blaine Hill.

Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the Reece Funeral Home Valley Chapel.

Funeral Services will follow at 8 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Gary Dotson officiating.
