A Middlesboro man was arrested on burglary charges on Tuesday. Justin Roy Davis, 29 of Middlesboro, was arrested by the Kentucky State Police Trooper Keith Baker on the charge of second-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

According to the arrest citation, Davis allegedly entered the home of Kristen and Jessie Murray and attempted to take various items including assorted hand tools, fishing accessories, power tools, a hedge trimmer, a Neck brand cordless drill, a 47-inch-JVC flat screen television, a Craftsman power washer, a Campbell Hausfield 8-gallon air compressor, Lean Mean Grilling Machine, repair caulk and bolts, pictures and a Acer brand desktop with a flat screen monitor.

According to the arrest citation, the Davis possessed a Stanley bolt cutter to allegedly commit the forcibly entry into the Murray home and storage building.

Davis remained in custody at the Bell County Detention Center late Wednesday.

Lmao..thank you trooper baker. This to me is the worst kind of thief there is.sure we have plenty shoplifters,but to enter a man's home and try to take what he as worked for. That's lowest of low! Give him 10 years!
