Four new elected officials were sworn into office at the Cumberland Gap Town Hall meeting on Monday.

Taking the oath of office were new Mayor Bill McGaffee and three new Aldermen Phillip Waller, Susan Bain and Joan Webb

The Victorian Christmas event is being held Saturday at the Victorian home, located at 511 Colwyn Ave in Cumberland Gap. It will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Children and adults can enjoy the reading of the Christmas Story and The Legend of Santa.

Hot cider and cookies will also be served free of charge.

Everyone is also looking forward to “A Dickens of a Christmas Homes Tour” Saturday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale for $10.
