Delores Imogene “Jean” Hall Pearson, 74 of Middlesboro, passed away Thursday, November 29, at the Middlesboro ARH. She was born June 21, 1938 at Nevisdale, Ky., the daughter of the late Della Rider. She had been a registered nurse at the Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital and Home Health. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Price and an infant brother, Elwood.

She is survived by the following members of her family: 2 sisters, Joann Young and Virgie Howard; brothers, Jr. (Carol) Rider, Jimmy (Connie) Rider and David Rider; daughters, Debby (Ron) Tomlinson, Missy Pearson and Susie Pearson; 6 grandchildren, Nick (Amy) Tomlinson, Audra Tomlinson, Corey (Autumn) Pearson, Jeff Good, Katie Owen and Jackson Pearson; 2 great grandchildren, Rachel and Andrew Tomlinson; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2012 at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lonnie Lyke and Rev. Mike Padgett presiding. Music will be provided by Debby Tomlinson, David Rider and Rev. Mike Padgett. The family will meet for graveside services at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 2, at the Siler Cemetery at Verne, KY. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 1, at the Creech Funeral Home.
