TEAM UP 4 HEALTH will present the free 2013 Fitness Fair from 5-7 p.m. on Jan. 8 at the Middlesboro Community Center, located on 30th Street. The second annual fair is free of charge and open to the public. The Fitness Fair will feature several 10 minute demos. The scheduled is: Karate demo at 5 p.m., Tri-State Free Style Martial Arts; Zumba at 5:15 p.m., Saretta Epperson; Cardio Stix at 5:30 p.m., JoAnna Foley; dance demo at 5:45 p.m., Pine Mountain Dancers; Jazzercise at 6 p.m., Raina Fullard; Zumba at 6:15 p.m., Kristina Hudson; and a yoga/restorative yoga demo at 6:30 p.m., Yoga with Betty.
