Bertha B. Graves, 63 of Speedwell, TN., passed away Friday January 25, 2013 at her home. She was born June 11, 1949 in Bell Co., KY., a daughter of the late Walter and Gladys McCreary Russell. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Maynardville, TN. In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by her husband: Bill Graves; 3 brothers: Jim Russell, Eddie Russell, and Walter Russell, Jr.; 2 sisters: Mary Ann Russell and Bobbie Myers.

Survivors Include: step daughter: Pam and Earl Ailor of Maynardville, TN.; brothers: Milt and Wanda Russell of Knoxville, TN., Harrison and Opal Russell of Speedwell, TN.; sisters: Nancy and Hueston Jessie of Speedwell, TN., Katheryn Keek of Lafollette, TN.; 2 step grandchildren: Clark and Blake Ailor of Maynardville, TN.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Jay Monday and Jason Poe presiding. Music by: Vickie Edward, Patrick “Mike” Russell and Charlotte Wilson. Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Monroe Cemetery at Maynardville, TN. Pallbearers will be: Randy Padgett, Allan Padgett, Keith Monroe, David Lee Russell, Chad Russell and Thomas Shiplet. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Sunday at the Creech Funeral Home.
