Sarah Elizabeth Browning, 89, of Logansville, GA, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at the Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA. She was born December 9, 1923 in Paintsville, KY, the daughter of the late Jeff and Vina Belcher Daniel.

She was a member of the New Vine Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Jeff Daniel; sisters: Sybil Daniel, Okie Daniel, Edith Lyons and Anna Ruth Daniel.

She is survived by the following members of her family: her loving husband of 68 and half years: Edd Browning of Logansville, GA; 1 son: Eddie Ray Browning of Logansville, GA; 2 daughters: Darnell (Dennis) Boekel of Logansville, GA and Judy K. (Lyle) Maiden of Frakes, KY; 6 grandchildren: Randy Yeazel, Jennifer Carstensen, Chris Boekel, Kenny McIntosh, Eddie Ray Browning Jr., and Kathy Cropper; 6 great-grandchildren: Justin Carstensen, Jordan, Taylor Renee and Blake McIntosh, Spencer Brunson and Wyatt Boekel; great-great granddaughter: Ava Rose Carstensen; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ken Kishpaugh and Rev. Jerry Fuson presiding. Music will be provided by Violet Miracle and the New Vine Church Choir.

Interment will be in the New Vine Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Hurst, Justin Carstensen, Chris Boekel, Kenny McIntosh, Blake McIntosh and Lyle Maiden.
