Fred Starrett, 38, of Middlesboro, passed away Tuesday, March 5, at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was born December 29, 1974 in Middlesboro, KY, the son of the late Fred Starrett and Terri Elam King who survives.

He is survived by the following members of his family: wife: Lenora Starrett; 4 children: Haley Danielle Starrett, Heather Bailey Starrett, Caitlyn Brooke Starrett and Kristen Alley Starrett; mother: Terri King; brother: Luke Starrett; 2 sisters: Teressa Starrett and Rebecca Starrett; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jamie Coots presiding.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at the Creech Funeral Home.
