Norma Jean Hubbard, 58, of Lenoir City, TN., formerly of Bell Co., passed away Thursday March 21, 2013 in Lenoir City, TN. She was born August 30, 1955 in Middlesboro, a daughter of Estil Hubbard and the late Florella Hill Hubbard.

Survivors include: father: Estill Hubbard of Chenoa, KY.; brothers: Estill Hubbard, Jr. of Chenoa and Tory Hubbard of Chenoa; sisters: Ella Sharley of Cleves, OH., Donna (Mike) Gibson of Chenoa and Angie Hubbard of Frakes; nephews: Joe and Tammy Singleton of Norwood, OH., Roger Singleton of Norwood, OH., Mike Gibson of Chenoa, Matthew and Allison Gibson of Chenoa, Trey and Amy Hubbard of Middlesboro, Clayton and Cole Hubbard of Middlesboro, Dustin Leder of Norwood, OH., Cameron Gibson of Chenoa, Brandon Gibson of Chenoa, and John Hubbard of Lenoir City, TN.; nieces: Jade Johnson of Frakes, Rebecca Singleton of Norwood, OH., Amber Singleton of Norwood, OH., and Chasity Leder of Norwood, OH.; very special friends: Robert “Birdie” Hill of Lenoir City, TN., Pat and John of Lenoir City, TN.; and a host other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday at the Creech Funeral Home with Billy Ray Partin presiding. Eulogy will be given by Roberta ‘Birdie” Hill. The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Creech Funeral Home. Following the funeral service per Ms. Hubbard’s request she will be cremated by the Creech Funeral Home.
