Lee Hoskins, 68, of Kettle Island, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Pineville Community Hospital. He was born in Pineville on March 8, 1945 a son of the late Edward and Ella Baker Hoskins. He had been a sander and mechanic at General Motors in Pontiac, MI for many years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ed Hoskins, Jr.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Anna Faye Frye Hoskins; children, Vickie Lynn Hoskins, Stevie Edward Hoskins, Lennie Hoskins, Kennie Hoskins and Norma Lee Ann Herron; eighteen grandchildren, eight grandchildren; brother, Lannie Dale Hoskins and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday at the Mill Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Scott Hoskins, Rev. Ron Hensley and Mr. Ted Wilder. Music will be by friends. Burial will be in the Ed Hoskins Cemetery at Kettle Island, KY. Pallbearers will be Stevie Hoskins, Kennie Hoskins, Lennie Hoskins, Jimmy Lee Hoskins, Quinton Ivey and Bonnie Herron.
The family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Saturday and all day Sunday at Mill Creek Baptist Church.
