The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Raymond and Patricia Bisceglia of Middlesboro, and Whitney and Charlotte Curtis of Cadiz, Ky., and the late Patricia Curtis.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Allie Smith and the late Carl Smith of Tazewell, Tenn., and the late Cecil and Ina Mae Bishop of Big Stone Gap, Va.
The couple will be united in marriage on Saturday, July 18, at Binghamtown Baptist Church in Middlesboro. After a honeymoon in the Caribbean the couple will reside in Middlesboro.
