“This meeting will allow the PSC to hear directly from the public as it prepares to consider whether the proposed new rates are fair, just and reasonable,” PSC Chairman David Armstrong said.
The Middlesboro meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 5:30 p.m. at the Middlesboro Community Center.
The Public Service Commission will hold a public hearing in Case No. 2008-00563, Application of Water Service Corporation of Kentucky for an Adjustment of Rates, at its office at 211 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, Ky., on August 19 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of cross examination of witnesses and other matters related to the application.
