Marvin Lee Williams, 58, of Middlesboro was found guilty of first degree wanton endangerment, a Class D Felony, menacing, a Class B Misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a Class A Misdemeanor. Williams was sentenced to two years and six months in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release. He will also receive 85 days credit for time served in jail.
Timothy Wayne Houston, 23, of Middlesboro was found guilty on an amended charge of third degree burglary, a Class D Felony. Houston was sentenced to four years in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release. He will also receive 214 days credit for time served in jail.
David Boone Hall, 47, of Middlesboro was found guilty of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a Class D Felony, as a first offense, and trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, a Class D Felony. Hall was sentenced to four years in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release. He will also receive 81 days credit for time served in jail.
Robert Scott Yancey, Jr., 43, of New Tazewell, Tenn., was found guilty of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (over $300), a Class D Felony. Yancey was sentenced to five years in a state penitentiary, which shall be probated, and he will be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of five years. He will also receive 21 days credit for time served in jail.
Clarissa S. Wyrick, 19, of Middlesboro was found guilty of an amended charge of first degree criminal trespassing, a Class A Misdemeanor. Wyrick was sentenced to twelve months in the Bell County Jail, which shall be probated, and she will be placed on supervised probation for a period of twenty-four months under specific terms and conditions. She will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release, and restitution in the amount of $3,259 on behalf of the victim Brenda Emery.
Geraldine Frye Williams, 47, of Middlesboro was found guilty of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (over $300), a Class D Felony. Williams was sentenced to two years and six months in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release. She will also receive 86 days credit for time served in jail.
Jessica L. Thomas, 19, of Cumberland Gap, Tenn., was found guilty of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (over $300), a Class D Felony. Thomas was sentenced to five years in a state penitentiary, which shall be probated, and she will be placed on unsupervised probation for a period of five years under specific terms and conditions. She will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release, and restitution in the amount of $342.95 on behalf of Wal-Mart.
Tracie Renee Wilder, 29, of Pineville was found guilty of the charges of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, each a Class D Felony. Wilder was sentenced to five years in a state penitentiary, and will be placed on supervised probation for a period of five years under specific terms and conditions. She will be required to pay restitution in the amount of $225 on behalf of Gracie’s Place in Hulen, Ky., and $670 on behalf of Long’s Pic-Pac in Pineville. Wilder will also be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release.
Mary Denise Partin, 45, of Middlesboro was found guilty of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, a Class D Felony, and second degree persistent felony offender, a Class C Felony. Partin was sentenced to five years in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release. She will receive six days credit for time served in jail.
Tommy Wayne Simpson, 39, of Middlesboro was found guilty of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or greater offense, a Class D Felony. Simpson was sentenced to five years in a state penitentiary, and will be required to pay court costs within 180 days of release.
