MIDDLESBORO — Danny Charles Smith, 60, of Middlesboro went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 20, 2009. He was Born August 17, 1949 in Los Angeles, CA to Clarence Smith and Clarice Smith. Also preceding him in death was his son Scott Aaron Dan Smith. He was a member of Binghamtown Baptist Church.

Survivors include his ex-wife, Sherry Ann Smith of Spokane, WA, whom he was married to for 27 years; his daughters Adrienne (Bo Young) Smith of Middlesboro, Andria Daniele Smith of Bellerica, MA; his sons, Geoffrey Daniel (Candy Smith) Smith of Middlesboro, Danny Charles Lenz of Spokane, WA; his sister Kathy Roberts of Jerome, ID; his grandchildren Adurie Smith, Aaden Young, Michelle Smith, Brandon Smith, DJ Lenz, Ryan Lenz and Nikki Lenz; and a host of friends and other relatives.

His close friends included Albert (Melinda) Alvaravo, Mike Gibson, Jimmy Wyrick, Mike Peck, Mike Bolton, Willis and Marg May, Rita Young, Randy Thacker and Faye Leach.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at 2013 Cumberland Avenue Apartment Three above Little Rascals.
