The Dogwood FCE Club would like to thank the following people for making their Soup Bean Supper a great success: United Groceries, Claiborne Nursing Home, and the Coca-Cola Company.
Thanks also go to Cumberland Mountain Industries for cooking the beans, slaw, and cornbread, which was very delicious.
Thanks especially go to the individuals that donated the money to make possible the distribution of 36 free meals to the Jolly Elders which includes many sick and shut-ins.
Special thanks also go to Lucille Parks who donated her time to help prepare the soup beans, and James Essary who picked up and delivered the supplies.
