Born January 27, 1968, in Bell County, she was the daughter of Joseph and Naomi Barnett Mullins. She believed in the Pentecostal Faith.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Arch and Mae Mullins, Dillard and Della Barnett.
Survivors inlclude the following members of her family: parents, Joseph and Naomi Mullins of Middlesboro; husband, Millard Jackson of Middlesboro; sister, Audrey Mullins and J.D. Smith of Middlesboro; very special nephew, Joseph and Brionna Wilson of Middlesboro; very special niece, Tonya and Justin Kemney of Middlesboro; special family members, Myrtle Buis, Ethel Flanary, Frieda Sigler, and Shanda Robertson, all of Middlesboro; special nana, Nathaniel Robertson of Middlesboro; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends who loved her dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Audie Miracle presiding.
Interment will be in the Green Hills Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Robertson, Shawn Shepherd, Roger Jones, Roy Sigler, Troy Sigler and David Roark. Honorary Pallbearers will be Buddy Flanary, Jim Mullins, William Wombles and Ellis Wilson.
The Family receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Creech Funeral Home.
