Confederate troops regroup after taking fire from their Union counterparts.
Confederate troops held off aggressive Union infantry and calvary at Saturday’s reenactment battle in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.

The fierce battle took place on Colwyn Avenue near the fire station.

The historic Civil War reenactment lasted all weekend and covered all aspects of the period, from historical presentations, dancing and music, and recreated camps and artifacts.
