Middlesboro senior Kacie Powers follows through on a putt during Thursday’s match at Middlesboro Country Club. Powers shot a 48 to take medalist honors as the Lady Jackets defeated South Laurel and Knox Central in a tri-match.
Kacie Powers took medalist honors for the match with a score of 48. Lindsey Durham, Laura Durham, Taylor Powers, Emily Francis, and Emma Day helped to finish out the round.
“Each time these girls play, they challenge themselves to play a better round,” said MHS coach Judy Pursifull
