PINEVILLE - A Wallins woman has been formally indicted by a Bell County grand jury on burglary charges.

Jessica Sturdivant, 28, was indicted on second degree burglary for an incident that occurred on or about March 12 of this year, in which she allegedly broke into the home of Aletha Farley.

In the same case but on a different indictment, a Pathfork man was indicted for first degree attempted burglary and carrying a concealed, deadly weapon.

James R. Craig, 19, was indicted for allegedly breaking into a building, owned by Jimmy Sturdivant, while armed with a hi-point .380 caliber pistol.

Eight other individuals were indicted on various charges. They include:
