SPEEDWELL, Tenn. — Frank Capps, age 59 of Speedwell, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012.
He was born May 6, 1953.
He is survived by his wife, Violet (Graves) Capps; sons, Henry and Frank Jr Capps, Sam and William Poore; and daughter, Angela Bundy; and many friends.
Donations may be submitted to Reece Funeral Home, PO Box 600 Harrogate, TN 37752. No flowers please.
Private services will be held at a later date.
