Guynith Ester (Denny) Hawkins, 93, passed away Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital.Funeral service will be 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Brock officiating.Entombment service will be at 10 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 16, at Green Hills Mausoleum.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 15, at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Monarch Church of God. Shumate Funeral Home is entrusted with all arrangements.
