Agatha Mason Partin, 72 of Frakes, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the Pineville Community Hospital. She was born May 17, 1940 in Frakes, the daughter of the late Troy and Stasha Miracle Mason. She was a member of the Victory Missionary Baptist Church in Monclova, Ohio and had attended the New Vine Missionary Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, James Partin and Cora Shaw and Step Father-in-law, Don Shaw; brother, Teddy Mason; a great grandson, Christian Joseph Acosta; sister-in-law, Adarene Middleton and a brother-in-law, J.B. Maiden.

She is survived by the following members of her family: husband, Lee Roy Partin; sons, Tommy Partin and James (Darla Nowak) Partin; daughter, Stasha (Chris) Stoepfel; grandson, Mitchel Stoepfel; granddaughters, Jolene and Holly Stoepfel; great granddaughter, Miley Rose and two great grandsons on the way; sisters, Goldie (John D.) Browning, Sheila Collingsworth, Kathleen (Doran) Campbell, Joyce (Arvil) Webb; brothers, Ralph (Eva) Mason and Larry Mason; brothers-in-law, Jay (Carol) Partin, Estel (Eva) Partin and Daniel (June) Partin; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 4, at the New Vine Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Wayland Mason and Rev. Jerry Fuson presiding.

Interment will follow in the New Vine Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 3, at the Creech Funeral Home.
