Geneva Mae Brock, 77 of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at her home. She was born on May 18, 1935 in Little Clear Creek and was the daughter of Marion Lee and Leona Orr Howard. Geneva was a believer in the Baptist faith and had worked as a cook and caregiver.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Tommy, Junior, Austin and Lee Howard.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Cinnamon and husband Gary, Karen Brock and husband, Bert and Wendell Fuson and wife, Jennifer; four grandchildren; brothers, Billy Howard and Joe Howard and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday evening at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Hunter. Cremation will follow the services at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville. Graveside inurnment services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens at East Pineville.
