Paul McKinley Boatright, age 41 Middlesboro, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 at his home. He was born October 12, 1971 in Middlesboro, the son of Virgil Paul and Geraldine Roark Boatright. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael Paul Boatright and his sister-in-law, Charlina Madden.

He is survived by his wife, Julia Boatright; his parents, Virgil Paul and Geraldine Roark Boatright; his son, Paul M. (Courtney Gambrell Boatright) Boatright, Jr.; daughter, Katie Lynn Nichole Boatright; his granddaughter, Zoey Renee Boatright; his sisters, Teresa Napier and Trena Evans; his mother-in-law and step father-in-law, Anna Sue Key and James Orr; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Partin and Brandy Boatright; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Funeral service was held at 2 p.m., Monday, October 22, 2012 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was at Hensley Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Kerry Partin, Jr., Sampson Monroe, Ricky Patterson, Phillip Napier, BJ Evans, Joseph Evans, and Alex Hoskins. The family received friends 1-2 p.m., Monday, October 22, 2012 at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel.
