Ella Mae Marsee, age 78, Middlesboro, KY passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Middlesboro Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born in Middlesoro, Ky on May 18,1934, She was the daughter of the late Bert and Fannie Goins.
She also was preceded in death by he husband, Arthur Ralph Marsee and daughter, Marcia Parker and brother, Jack Goins Sr. and sisters, Jeanette Gaines and Opal Goins.
Survivor include her son, Marc (Sandra) Marsee and grandson, Marc Christopher Marsee, along with niece and nephews.
Burial will be Sunday January 13, 2013 at 2 p.m. at the Goins Cemetery on highway 441 Middlesboro, Ky.
