Colson Webb, 88 of Van Wert, OH, originally of Bell County, passed away on Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the CHP Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert. He was born in Chenoa on August 11, 1924 and was the son of Ledfort and Ollie Jane Lee Webb. Colson was a member of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Mendon, worked at National Seal for forty years and was a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Army.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Rose Collins, Nadine Epperson and Mabel Webb; brother, Etna Webb and infant brothers, Kelly and Rufus.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Slusher Webb; sons, Michael Webb and Lyle Webb; brother, Donald Webb; sister, Bernice Keselica; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m. today at the Mills Cemetery at Tinsley with Woodrow Roark.

The family will receive friends from 11 until 12 p.m. today, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Pineville which is honored to be serving the Webb family. Light a virtual candle and sign the guestbook at www.arnettsteele.com.
