Jerlene Adkins, age 71, of Speedwell, Tn., passed away February 14, 2013 in Lima, Ohio. She was born December 11, 1941 in Fork Ridge, Tn. to Clyde and Roxie Hammitte.
She is survived by her husband Charles E. Adkins and they had been married over 49 years.
She is survived by her daughter: Sharon Adkins; sons: Terry (Denise) Adkins and Ronald (Loretta) Adkins; granddaughter: Roxanne Adkins; grandsons: Chaz Adkins and Sammy Herrell; sister: Faye Lepper of Van Wert, Ohio and brother: Thomas (Marti) Hammitte of Luxley, Alabama; numerous nieces and nephews and many aunts and cousins.
May she rest in peace.

A Memorial Service will be held at Reece Funeral Home and Valley Chapel on Sunday February 17, 2013 at 6:00pm.
